GB Brick & Artstone worked closely with the design team and
the construction team to produce a stunning building in the heart
of the historic city of Nottingham. The front elevation required
a combination of Derbyshire Gritstone and Granite. The Granite plinths
were transported to site for infilling with concrete on site. Detailed
work was undertaken in the design of the plinths to ensure that
the aesthetic feel required by the designers translated into a structurally
sound, buildable solution.
