Scheduling
Once the individual units have been designed and approved by the other
members of the design team, then a full schedule of materials can be prepared.
The schedule will be prepared to a level governed by the requirements
of the design team. This can include providing budget schedules for costing
exercises, through to detailed, priced and quantified schedules in sufficient
detail to allow the early placement of a materials order.
Fixings Advice
The design of the individual units will be complimented by fixing detailing.
The use of correctly detailed fixings will help the construction process
as well as ensuring that the material will comply with the design life
requirements of the building. Working with the construction professionals,
we will provide drawings including both unit design and the appropriate
fixing detail for approval. We can supply the fixings themselves or provide
the construction team with the design for external procurement.
